Project Bread’s Leadership Circle is comprised of a special group of individual donors who make an extra commitment to those facing hunger in Massachusetts. Their generosity has helped make it possible to provide lifesaving support to emergency food and hunger prevention programs throughout the state. They also made it possible for Project Bread to research and develop innovative solutions to end hunger. This list acknowledges gifts made between June 1, 2008, and May 31, 2009.
“I support Project Bread because I believe in its ability to
successfully gain ground in defeating the problem of hunger
in our communities. Project Bread combines research with
innovative programming and direct service in a way that is
fascinating and unlike any other organization I know.”

“Our kids have been doing the
Walk for Hunger with us since they
were in strollers. Now, at 11 and
14, they have gotten their friends
involved as well. Through Project
Bread and their participation in
the Walk, they’ve learned that
many people in Massachusetts
are hungry and that the need is
greater than ever.”

contributor and Bread & Lights
committee chair
